Jake Paul has set his sights on giving multiple super middleweight world champion Carl Froch a "payday" after he's done with fighting Tommy Fury.
This Sunday, the YouTuber will finally go head-to-head with Tyson's younger brother in Saudi Arabia. The pair have verbally sparred for nigh-on two years, and became embroiled in an extraordinary confrontation in Dubai last November, with Paul goading Fury with obscenities from ringside during an exhibition bout.
'The Problem Child' has undeniably grown in stature en route to racking up a 6-0 record in pro boxing, although not everyone remains sold on the concept of influencers stepping into the ring. And former star Froch, now working as a pundit, has long been scathing about the notion – and Paul himself.

Previously claiming he could beat the star and his brother Logan on the same night, he recently told Boxing Social: "All I’ve ever done is respond to people asking me about fighting Jake Paul. That’s all I’ve done. I’ve never called him out, because it would be ridiculous. And he’d never fight a professional fighter, let alone me.
"Even though I’m 45 years old and retired, he wouldn’t even dream of jumping in with someone like me. And I ain’t gonna take a dive either, so that’s probably part of the deal when he fights people.”

The implication Paul's fights are fixed has drawn a savage response from the 26-year-old though, who claims 'The Cobra' is jealous over the money he makes. "Carl Froch mad because I made more in 1 year than he made his whole career," he tweeted. "You want the payday. I get it."
And he challenged Froch to face him, but only once he'd proved himself against one of Paul's beaten opponents. "So let’s do this,: he added. "Fight Anderson Silva on my next card and if you get lucky and beat him, then we can step in the ring and you make your career payday. LMK."
Last October, Paul sent the 47-year-old MMA legend to the canvas on his way to an impressive points victory. But he's constantly been plagued by accusations that he's afraid to take on an actual boxer.
That will change next weekend though, with Paul promising to send Fury "back to Love Island." The Englishman, 23, is also unbeaten with an 8-0 record, but has previously withdrawn from two scheduled clashes with his rival.
