Amir Khan will finally fight Kell Brook, after years of failed talks, it has been confirmed.
The duo will go toe-to-toe on February 19 following numerous heated exchanges between the pair.
The all-British bout will be held at the AO Arena in Manchester, and it will be shown on Sky Sports Box Office.
Brook was first to tweet the announcement, and he said: "It’s finally go time! Feb 19 in Manchester. I get to close this chapter."
While Khan also took to Twitter to show off his excitement at the announcement: “It’s OFFICIAL KHAN VS KELL BROOK Feb 19th LETS GO!”
Khan hasn't stepped foot in a boxing ring for over two years.
However, he was victorious in a low-key win over Australian fighter Billy Dib in Saudi Arabia in July 2019.
Khan is a former former unified light-welterweight world champion.
While Brook is a former world champion at welterweight, and boasts an impressive 39-3 record.
The pair came close to agreeing terms to a bout in 2015 and 2016, when they were both in the prime of their careers.
However, the bout never happened after Khan stepped up to middleweight to face Canelo Alvarez.
While Brook also took a bout at middleweight when he stepped inside the squared circle with Gennady Golovkin.
Both British boxers lost their respective bouts via stoppage.
